Terms and Conditions of participation in the masterclass
1. Unless agreed with the organizers beforehand, and with the exception of optional events, attending all meetings, classes, rehearsals and performances of the course is expected.2. Unless agreed with the organizers beforehand, coming on time (at least 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time) to every meeting, class, rehearsal or performance is expected.
3. Applicants are invited to choose the suitable form of tuition:
Active, Semi-active or Passive.
(a) Active participation:
Active participation entitles the participant for:
- daily individual voice and interpretation lessons;
- participating in all meetings, classes, rehearsals and the final concert;
- video recording of the final public concert
(b) Semi-active participation
Semi-active participation entitles the participants for:
- 3x 60 minutes opera interpretation or voice lessons;
- participating in all meetings, classes, rehearsals and the final concert;
- video recording of the final public concert
(c) Passive participation
Passive participation entitles the participants for:
- attending of all lessons, discussions and the concert as a listeners, the certificate.
4. The qualifying candidates will be selected gradually until the application deadline. Therefore, early-applying candidates will have more chances to participate.
5. Participants who have attended all lessons and demonstrated to Maestro and the tutors adequate singing skills will have the right to sing at the final concert. The participation in the concert will not be remunerated
6. Participants are expected to provide piano sheets of selected musical pieces
7. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the masterclass organizers, all lessons are open for the participants.
8. Payment conditions for Active, Semi-active and Passive participation differ.

Payment schedule:
- 30 percent of the participant fee has to be paid as a deposit via bank transfer two weeks at the latest after the confirmation of your participation. Participants cover all the associated banking transfer costs.
- the rest of the fee has to be paid via bank transfer 5 weeks before the master class starts. The participants may wish to contact the organizers by email: conductingmasterclasses.eu@gmail.com should they need to modify their payment schedule
The deposit is 100% refundable in case of cancellation of the masterclass by the organizer
